We want you to be completely satisfied with your Maison Louis Marie purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for all full-sized fragrances and candles in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label to ensure your fragile items are tracked and handled with care.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original Maison Louis Marie boxes and secure them in a shipping carton with adequate padding to prevent breakage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our studio receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
